Scholarships are money that you do not need to repay. Institutional Inclusive Excellence - Student Initiatives (IIE-SI) will help guide Texas Students on scholarship opportunities to aid you in achieving academic excellence.
Top Scholars is a scholarship advising program for recipients of the LBJ Achievement Scholarship and based on first-generation status, TRIO Program membership, and participation in free or reduced lunch programs.
In this program, students will engage in different on-campus events, group meetings and one-on-one meetings.
The Earl Moseley Memorial Scholarship is named in memory of Earl Lee Moseley, Jr., a Southwestern University graduate, who arrived at Texas State (then Southwest Texas State) in 1985.
Two (2) scholarships are awarded to full-time undergraduate Texas State students with good academic standings (2.5+ GPA), community service, and that have submitted 200-word essay along with two (2) recommendation forms.
This $500.00 scholarship is awarded to two (2) upper classmen students per year. Applicants must be a student leader within the Underrepresented Student Advisory Council (USAC) who have demonstrated the following qualities: civic engagement, integrity, conflict resolution, visionary, mentorship, flexibility, dedication and appreciation
